Jad - The Artist

I bought Jad a bucket of sidewalk chalk a few weeks ago and he loved it.  His imagination has taken him everywhere and he has drawn everything from choo choo’s to Mickey Mouse’s Club House.  He can even draw Mommy, Daddy, and Bubba.  I know you are dying to see my little prodigy’s works of art, so, of course, I have pictures to show you…

See those lines ||| ?  I asked Jad what he was drawing and he told me “Choo Choo.” The next set was “Mickey Mouse”, and the next a “house.” and finally he drew “Mickey Mouse Club House”  (Yes, I am very proud)

Next, Jad decided to expand his art canvas to the porch mat…

But it didn’t stop there…

The Garage door

The Van

The Inside of the Van

At least that was just sidewalk chalk.  It all came off with ease. Here is my newest discovery… (and no, it is not sidewalk chalk)

Here is the innocent one.  Hmm.

I love my family. Thanks for blogging sweetie. I love your perspective on raising our family.

Jad might not be the best artist right now, but he is learning to sing on pitch. Steph, you’ll have to record him singing Jesus Loves Me for all the blogging mommies.

Very cute. I do believe that there is just something about boys LOVING to write on things they probably shouldn’t. Will introduced one of our living room chairs to a red and a black sharpie when he was 2. Just stock up on Magic Erasers, you’ll be amazed what they can clean up. :P

I’m sure there will be more to come. When Jon was little he drew all over the wall and signed his name. His mom said he denied it when she asked him about it. Gotta love it! Magic Erasers are a lifesaver! :)

Madison is big on art. when she was 5 she drew a whole horse farm on the back seat of our van…still there. Then when she was 6 she drew our family on her wall under her bed…i found it when i decided to move her bed. You should be proud of Jadon’s artwork. It shows his imagination is big. You’re a super mom.

Thanks girl! You are so sweet. Jad surprises so much with the things he can do. I know you can relate!
